In forensic psychiatry I learned a lot about human behavior. I learned to observe, analyze and interpret. But above all, I have learned from personal experience. This means that my knowledge is not only intellectual, but also lived through. I cannot help you further than I am myself.​

I have spent 16 years doing intensive inner work with family constellations, plant medicine and working with guides from other dimensions to let go of what was not mine. This allows me to guide you from peace, safety and without judgment.​

In addition to being an experience expert, I have followed various trainings and courses. I am NOBCO trained as a post HBO business coach and I have a bachelor's degree in Social Work. In addition, I did three systemic year courses (constellations) and followed many other courses that have made me the woman I am today. ​

I'm always on the move and that's why my website sometimes changes with me. I occasionally create new services based on my latest insights. This way I will continue to offer you the most efficient guidance. I think it is important that I can give you an optimal result in a short amount of time. I have experienced within my sessions that a lot is possible and that you can let go of a lot in one session. I would like to share that with you!
